(AP) - NATO Secretary General Jaap de Hoop Scheffer speaks on the Ionian island of Corfu, northwestern Greece, on Saturday, June 27, 2009, during a NATO-Russia Council. The foreign ministers of NATO and Russia are set to resume formal military ties in their first meeting since last year’s war between Russia and Georgia. The talks will be followed Sunday by a meeting of foreign ministers from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, whose rotating chairmanship Greece currently holds.(AP Photo/Petros Giannakouris) -
