(Reuters) - The Ila prison, where Norwegian gunman Anders Behring Breivik is held, is seen in the little village of Eidsmarka, near Oslo July 28, 2011. Ila prison is only a few hundred metres away from the shooting range in Skytterkollen where Breivik was training and shooting could be heard. Breivik, a far-right zealot whose bomb attack and shooting spree killed 76 people last Friday, has been charged under the terrorism act, which carries a maximum penalty of 21 years in jail, but the authorities are considering whether to charge him with crimes against humanity.
