(AP) - A Chilean Navy helicopter lands at the Juan Fernandez islands airport off Chile's Pacific coast, Saturday Sept. 3, 2011. A Chilean Air Force plane crashed into the Pacific Ocean with 21 people aboard, Friday afternoon Sept. 2, 2011, after two failed attempts to land in difficult weather on the Juan Fernandez islands.
