(Reuters) - A baker takes loaves of bread out of an oven in the Lipoti Bakery in Budapest, November 3, 2011. The Lipoti Bakery started as a small family venture in 1992 in Lipot, western Hungary, and grew into a chain of more than 100 stores in Hungary and Slovakia. It employs more than 750 people and generates annual revenues of about 10 million euros.
